Check verification, notification and organiser communication email delivery.
Member checks
Confirm the address, check spam, review Alerts preferences and allow a few minutes for queued mail.
Administrator checks
Use the Email Monitor and SMTP diagnostics. Confirm credentials, sender identity, DNS records and queue failures without displaying the SMTP password.
Transactional messages
Booking and security emails may use different rules from optional announcements.
