When an event is full
A member may join the waitlist when the organiser has enabled it.
Promotion
Authorised organisers can promote eligible waitlisted guests when capacity becomes available. Confirm capacity before promotion.
Communication
Guests should rely on the booking status shown in their Event Fill account and any official notification, not an informal message alone.
