Understand ticket order statuses
What pending, payment received, paid and refunded mean.
Order statuses
- Pending: checkout is still open and inventory is held.
- Payment received: Stripe captured payment but local fulfilment is retrying.
- Paid: order and QR booking are confirmed.
- Partially refunded: some ticket quantity or value was returned.
- Refunded: the whole eligible order was returned.
- Expired, cancelled or failed: no valid paid order was fulfilled.
