What to do when you want to secure, recover or close an account.
Secure the account first
Change the password, review active sessions and enable two-step verification where available.
Account closure
Before requesting deletion, download or record anything you need and resolve active paid orders, refunds or organiser responsibilities. Financial and security records may need to be retained for legal and fraud-prevention reasons.
Lost access
Use password reset. When the email account itself is inaccessible, contact Event Fill support with enough information to verify ownership.
